Cancellation and refunds
No lock-in and no fees. You cancel from the subscriber area whenever you want.

How to cancel
Sign in to the subscriber area, open the Subscription tab and click cancel. You can also request cancellation at [email protected] from your registered email address; we confirm within 2 business days.
Right of withdrawal: 7 days
On your first purchase of a paid plan, you may withdraw within 7 calendar days of the first payment being confirmed and receive a full refund, with no reason required (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
Refunds go back to the original payment method: a card reversal (when it shows on your statement depends on your card issuer) or a Pix transfer within 7 business days for Pix or boleto payments. Paid access ends when the refund is processed.
After 7 days
- Monthly plan: cancelling stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the month already paid, with no pro-rata charge or fee.
- Annual plan: cancelling stops the next year's renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Since the annual plan already carries a discount equal to two months, there is no pro-rata refund of the remaining months.
Other refund cases
- Duplicate or incorrect charges: refunded in full as soon as identified.
- Subscriber area unavailable due to our failure for more than 72 consecutive hours: pro-rata credit for the affected days, on request at the contact email.
- Machina discontinuing a plan: 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of the paid, unused period.
Free plan and email list
The Observatory plan and the monthly letter are free. To leave the list, use the unsubscribe link at the end of any email or write to the contact address.
